Spring Event Updates: COVID-19 Announcement

It is with great disappointment that MAS must announce several cancellations and changes to our upcoming Spring events due to the current Coronavirus health crisis. Please know that we have made these decisions with the health and safety of our participants and volunteers in mind. We also feel a tremendous responsibility to ensure that our statewide competitions and events are accessible and fair for all students, to the extent this is under our control. We ask for your patience as we work through the details and get information to those who need it as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

SSEF: MAS is working hard to ensure that all aspects of the Science Fair included in the in-person format will be reflected in the virtual format in some way, as much as possible. Students can still win awards, qualify to attend ISEF, and receive feedback from judges. Until we know exactly what we are able to offer paid participants, we are unable to address the issue of refunds or partial refunds. Our main priority at this time is ensuring that all registered students have a way to compete and giving participants the support they need. Please bear with us! We will notify all participants as soon as we have made any determination about refunds.
