JSHS REGISTRATION & FORMS


Pre-Registration Information

Before you register:

  1. Review the policies and information below.

  2. Students:  Gather all project information (title, abstract, category, etc.) and your advisor's contact information.

  3. Set aside 10 - 20 minutes for the registration process.

Registration Fees

Student Presenters (Full Registration) - $85

Student Observers (Full Registration) - $85

Parents and Guardians (Full Registration) - $35

Teachers (Full Registration) - $35

Free admission to listen to papers only:

Listen to presentations and learn from your peers.

Families can listen to paper presentations for free but may not ask any questions.

Required Forms

All North Central Regional JSHS attendees both aduts and students are asked to agree to with information on an MAS Event Waiver. These waivers will be uploaded digitally during the registration process. If you would like access the language included on the waiver you can do so on the documents below: 

Adult Waivers (teachers, advisors, parents, judges, volunteers)

Student Waivers (student participants, student observers)

Refunds

  • Refunds or cancellations must be requested in writing by email to contact@mnmas.org by the final date for registration for the event for which you are registered.

  • MAS will not permit refunds after the final registration date unless there are extenuating circumstances. Requests based on extenuating circumstances must be made in writing by email to the Program Director (Sara Gomez) before the program start date.

  • Approved refunds will be issued no earlier than 30 days after the end of the program competition.

  • MAS will not issue refunds for late fees.
